Five Elements. Therapeutic Stress. Emotional Depth.
Sunshine Coast | 50 Hours In Person
In a world that moves quickly and asks us to do more, Yin invites us to stay.
Not to collapse. Not to escape.
But to listen.
When understood through the lens of Five Element theory and therapeutic stress, Yin becomes something far more than long-held shapes. It becomes a conversation with fascia, meridians and the emotional body. It becomes a way of understanding what is being stored, what is being supported and what is slowly asking to soften.
When I began studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and understood what was happening beneath the surface of the postures, the practice deepened in a way I cannot unlearn.
Yin is subtle.
It is intelligent.
And it is deeply needed in a culture that leans heavily toward yang.
This 50-hour in-person training on the Sunshine Coast is open to both yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who feel called to explore the practice with more awareness, depth and confidence.
There is space for study.
There is space for embodiment.
There is space to truly understand what you are guiding.
