Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding, and restorative practice that works gently with the body through long, supported holds, targeting the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles, organs, and bones. When fascia is tight or dehydrated, it can restrict movement and hold tension, but in Yin, stillness and time allow it to stretch, rehydrate, and release, supporting mobility while easing stored stress and emotions. More than a physical practice, Yin nurtures the nervous system, cultivates patience and presence, and invites you to soften, listen inwardly, and reconnect with your inner calm, revealing the quiet power of stillness in both body and soul.
Yoga Flow, also known as Vinyasa Flow, is a dynamic practice that links movement with breath, creating a graceful moving meditation that strengthens the body, steadies the mind, and uplifts the spirit. Guided by the rhythm of inhaling to expand and exhaling to release, each posture flows into the next, bringing harmony and presence while meeting you exactly where you are. Flow can be energising and empowering, building strength and resilience, or soft and nourishing, inviting ease into the body. Beyond the physical, it teaches us to move through life’s transitions with steadiness and trust, offering an invitation to connect deeply with the breath, the body, and the wisdom that arises when movement becomes meditation.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative guided meditation that invites the body into profound rest while the mind drifts between wakefulness and sleep. Through gentle guidance—such as intention setting, body awareness, breath observation, and visualisation—you are led inward to a state of effortless relaxation where tension dissolves, the nervous system resets, and clarity emerges. Practised lying down in comfort, it requires no effort or achievement, simply a willingness to soften and surrender. Many describe it as hours of rest condensed into a short practice, leaving a lasting sense of calm, renewal, and balance. With regular practice, Yoga Nidra supports deep relaxation, better sleep, stress relief, emotional harmony, and greater clarity, offering a pathway back to wholeness and inner peace.
